Imperialism HAS changed throughout the years that this world has became. In the classic days of empire building, imperialism was driven by economic forces. States are expansionist bodies, with those who run them Since capitalism, by its very nature, is growth-based, it must expand in order to survive.always wanting to add to the range of their power and also, influence. Since capitalism, it must grow in order to survive. Imperialism has always served the qualities of Capital. If it didn't - the business class would have opposed it.

So, Tell me, What are the causes of Imperialism?
There were four causes.
- Economic interests. - Political and Military motives. - Humanitarian and Religious beliefs.
- Social Darwinism.
